Cancellation & Refund Policy

FITNESSBYAAKS LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Fitness Training Program

1. Full Refund Eligibility:
– If a client makes a payment and cancels the service within 7 days, they are eligible for a full refund.

2. No Refund Policy:
– If a client cancels the service after 7 days of making the payment, they are not eligible for a refund.

3. Exceptions for Medical Reasons or Physical Accidents/Damages:
– If a client cancels the service after 7 days due to medical reasons or a physical accident/damage, they will be eligible for a full refund.

4. Partial Refund After Service Commencement:
– If the service has already started and the client cancels for any reason, they will be eligible for a 50% refund.

5. No Refund for Long Absence:
– If the client has started the training sessions and then cancels the service after a long absence, they will not be eligible for any refund.

Please be aware that all refund requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation where applicable, such as medical certificates for medical reasons. This policy ensures clarity and fairness for both the client and the fitness training program provider.
