You may notice your post-meal blood sugar improving within the first couple of weeks of regular exercise. Fasting blood sugar often takes a little longer, around 4-6 weeks, while HbA1c changes usually show up after about 3 months of staying consistent. Everyone’s timeline is different, but small improvements can start sooner than you might expect.
