Our senior program starts with exercises you can do while seated or supported. Like chair exercises, bed exercises and movements while on the sofa. No gym is needed, no jumping and no risk. Your coach asks how you’re feeling before, during and after each session. We start where you are, not where we want you to be.
Our Foundation program has 60-minute sessions that have given results to many busy professionals. It’s not about how you exercise but exercising regularly with the right program. A 60-minute session designed for you is more effective than a 90-minute YouTube workout that doesn’t consider your body or goals.
You don’t need to buy anything at first. The first few weeks are about bodyweight and chair exercises. As you progress your coach might suggest a resistance band and some dumbbells. That’s all you’ll need for the 2-3 months. Your coach will tell you when and what to get.
